Guided Meditation - This is done with the use of music and spoken word to increase mindfulness, stress reduction, and relaxation.

Reiki - The principle of this healing technique is connecting, channeling, and moving of energy to heal the ones-self.

Massage for Couples - Teaching couples simple techniques to safely pamper each other.  Techniques learned in this class are used for self/home care only.

Covers Law, Ethics, Medical Errors. As well as 6 and 12 hour classes
